To buy art on artists.de you do not have to register. If you found an interesting piece of art you send an inquiry to the seller. (this is only a request but not a binding purchase) With the inquiry you can also ask questions about shipping, delivery time, payment et cetera. The seller will contact you soon. All further negotiations are made directly with the seller. When you decide to purchase, you pay directly to the seller. artists.de is only an agent, not the seller.

Selling art on artists.de is easy. Just upload photos and a description of your item(s). On artists.de you offer your pieces of art to an international online clientele. Registration is free. Our commission is significantly lower than traditional venues.

To sell art on artists.de you will have to register. This is free of costs. You have to choose what kind of account is appropriate for you: artist, collector or gallerist.

artists.de charges a 20% seller's fee for selling in our online marketplace and there are no upfront fees for listing on the site. artists with premium membership (fee reqired) only pay 10% commission. Sellers will only owe a commission if the item sells.

We will inform you about inquirys. All negotiations are to be made directly with the buyer. You will have to inform you about shipping, delivery time, payment et cetera.
